We will not start the process until you are totally confident in the color and shape and pre-drawing.
The lip tattooing procedure takes about an hour and a half. You may ask what next? Post directions are a lot of wiping. You may wipe every 30 minutes for about the first 4 hours. Day 2, less wiping and let the lips dry. Day 3 and the rest of the healing time there will be peeling and they may look lighter. Apply our salve we provide you as needed. In 6-10 days the color will come back. The lip color may be a shade or two lighter than when you had the procedure done. A touch up is usually needed after 6-8 weeks.
The procedure will last anywhere from 2-5 years., fading naturally. A color boost is recommended if you would like them to last longer.
Does it hurt?
There is some discomfort to be expected. There is a lot less pain than you would think. Numbing solution is applied before and during the procedure. It feels more like scratches.
